Returns.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within the return window for a refund to the original payment method (cash purchases are refunded in cash at the studio). Bring your receipt or order number to the studio, or contact us to arrange a return by mail. For hygiene and safety, opened or used products cannot be restocked — but if an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will always make it right with a replacement or refund. Tips are not refundable.
