These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Z's Roots & Radiance website and services, operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] in Petersburg, VA. By using the site, placing an order, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas you’re not authorized to, or misuse any feature. We may modify or discontinue parts of the site at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may delete your account at any time from your account page.

3. Product orders & payment

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change; the price at checkout applies to your order.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• We may cancel or refuse an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues) and will refund any charge.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for returns.

5. Studio bookings

• Deposit. Booking an appointment requires a 25% non-refundable-within-the-window deposit, applied to your service total. The balance is due at the studio.
• Cancellation / reschedule. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
• No-shows. Missing an appointment without notice forfeits the deposit and may require pre-payment for future bookings.
• Late arrivals may shorten the service or require rescheduling. Full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Crown Points loyalty program

• Crown Points are earned on qualifying product purchases, bookings, referrals, and promotions as described on the site.
• Points are redeemable for discounts as described; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may modify, suspend, or end the program, and may adjust or forfeit points obtained through error, abuse, or fraud, or on account closure.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its content, the Z's Roots & Radiance and NourishLocz names, logos, and product formulations are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our products and services are for general hair care and are not medical advice; patch-test products and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Results vary.

9. Limitation of liability
